With the shortlist scheduled for announcement on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, Shah Rukh’s praise has brought new enthusiasm and optimism for the film's journey.

The movie was released in Indian cinemas this September and received praise for its emotional depth and the compelling performances delivered by Ishaan Khatter, Janhvi Kapoor, and Vishal Jethwa.
